I had a very frustrating experience. I was given the wrong room and charged $352 for a king bed that wasn’t what I reserved. The staff were unhelpful. there were ants in the room and no apology was given. I definitely won’t return.

We stayed for a night and had to switch rooms, but the front desk staff fixed everything fast and were really nice about it. Our new room was clean and comfy, which made for a good night’s sleep. The bar area was great for a quick chill, though it could get a bit noisy late at night.

Our second room was clean and comfortable, with spacious triple-sheeted queen beds that made our stay enjoyable. The location was great, close to local attractions!

Enjoyed our stay, clean rooms, friendly staff.

We had a lovely time exploring the area around the hotel. We enjoyed shopping at Hickory Point Mall, grabbing a bite at nearby restaurants, and walking through the beautiful Forsyth Park. Plus, the spacious suite was perfect for our family, including my mom.

My kids wished the room had better amenities for families. Maybe more activities for kids would make it a perfect stay.

The in-house restaurant had some killer salads that hit the spot after a long drive—perfect for a quick bite before crashing! Plus, I can't forget to mention the lovely staff who made everything feel easy-peasy.

But let's keep it real—our first bathroom wasn’t up to snuff with a dirty toilet seat, and the ceiling in the next room looked like it was in a painting phase. Wi-Fi troubles didn’t help either, but we made do like true Decatur explorers.
